Ditch digging. I dug this all by myself – the great canal to the woodpile. Just hooking up a little shower for the creature comforts later on this summer. A SHOWER!!!! Can’t wait!

The woodpeckers have been hard at work too. Lovely to look at, but perhaps it’s time for them to move along.
By the end of the afternoon, it was time to focus on inside again. Moved floorboards to storage for later refinishing, and Boo practiced just how it would be when it’s all done and she can sleep in front of the cozy stove.
